Recipe (Makes about 32 oz.)
– 2 ripe bananas
– blueberries – 1 cup
– shredded coconut – 6 heaping tsp
– flaxseed – 1 Tbsp
– almond milk – filled to the top of contents in blender

I have a sensitivity to almonds too and had the same concern about almonds. Then found out the almond milk has no adverse effect on me at all. Just so you know.
